This is Eco 1...
After a great afternoon Eco Presentation with cheers and photos and great students, the Econuats pressed on towards Hope. The sun was getting low and we decided it would be wise to stop for the night near Agassiz.
After some good advice from the kind people at the Agassiz Public Library, we headed to the nearby UBC Dairy Research campus to ask the head honcho, Lorne if we could camp on the university grounds. Lorne and Ann instead invited us to stay in their home on spare beds. Wow, that is such a nice thing to do.
Tomorrow is a rest day, so we'll press on into Hope and stay at the Wild Rose Campground. Then we'll be rested and ready for two presentations in Hope on Friday.
Thanks, Lorne and Ann! You're the best.
Eco 1 over...
