It's a rare chance for us to get a message through, I suspect. There was no signal between Sault Ste. Marie and Thunder Bay - the was some analog cell phone signal. The next opportunity may be Kenora ('ust inside the Ontario border) which is 475 kms away (Highway 11 then 71) along Lake of the Woods.
With a full tank of gas (650-700km range) we should make Kenora by 3:30pm.
